build(docker): 使用 BellSoft Liberica JDK 17 替代 OpenJDK

Browse Source 
将 Dockerfile 中的基础镜像更换为 bellsoft/liberica-openjdk-debian:17.0.14，
该镜像为Spring 官方推荐，具备更好的兼容性与长期支持。
